First of all - yay! I'm honored to be a part of your very first shoot. You don't need to be a model or know how to pose perfectly. My job is to help you feel confident and relaxed. This is your time to shine, and I will make sure it feels easy and fun.
THIS IS MY FIRST PHOTOSHOOT, WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?
Yes, I do require a 30% non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date. This goes towards your total session cost(s) and helps keep everything organized on my end.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT/RETAINER?
Absolutely! I totally understand that times are tough, and photography is an investment. I'm happy to offer payment plans that split your total into more manageable payments leading up to your session
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Life happens, and rescheduling is totally understandable and manageable. I kindly request that if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Great question! I put so much love into each session individually. Depending on the session, it could vary - for example, Weddings will take 4-12 weeks, and regular sessions 2-4 weeks. I always send out sneak peeks within 48 hours.
HOW LONG WILL MY GALLERY TAKE?
Outfits can make a HUGE difference in how your photos turn out! Here are a few tips to help you choose something that photographs beautifully:
We love color over here, but try to avoid neon colors, stripes, and bold logos. Aim for coordinating, complimentary colors. If you need any inspiration, I would be more than happy to make a Pinterest board for your shoot!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?
Unless you are within 80 miles from my base town, travel fees are not included in any of my packages. I'll always let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises, and I am happy to provide a detailed, broken down estimate when you share your desired location.
